Thank you to everyone who joined us for our fabulous cheese-filled celebration of Top End Pride! Whether you came for the fromage, the fizz, or the fun commentary — we loved sipping, snacking, and serving it with you.
Here’s a quick rundown of what we tasted.
🥂 1. Crémeux d’Argental
Paired with: Briar Ridge NV Blanc de Blancs Sparkling

Pickled Zucchini:
1 zucchini - create strips from zucchini with peeler. Put in a bowl and squeeze a lemon over. Add a crushed clove of garlic, a 1/2 tsp of basil, parsley and oregano. A bit of salt and pepper to taste and splash of oil. Toss and leave to marinate for an hour.
