At The Last Supper Darwin, we’ve built entire events around cheese, wine, tinned seafood, books, murder mysteries and comedy… so perhaps it was only a matter of time before we surrendered fully to the humble pickle.
And honestly? We regret nothing.
Here is the menu from our first degustation.
Crispy Dill Pickle Arancini: https://www.murrayscheese.com/wom/recipe/dill-pickle-arancini - ignore the Cajun Remoulade. I also cooked the onion with garlic and the weird American pickles, ignore and dice up your own fav pickles. I also added some pickle juice to the stock.

Pickle Mac & Cheese: https://www.recipetineats.com/stovetop-macaroni-cheese/#recipe - I cooked the mac separately in water, drained and added it to the cheesey mix. I added drained and diced pickles to the pasta before adding the cheese sauce.
Cheesecake with Pickled Raspberries and Rosella: https://www.recipetineats.com/no-bake-cheesecake/ - I added strawberry gum powder to the cheese mix before pouring onto base.
