A celebration of midlife, hormones, and everything in between.

Peri Parties are a series of inclusive, empowering and cheeky events designed for women entering perimenopause or menopause — because no one should go through the change alone (or without glitter).

What started as a one-off afternoon of laughs and learning quickly became something more. The feedback was clear: “We want more of this.” So, we’re building it into a movement.

What is a Peri Party?

Think:

Real talk without the medical jargon
A safe space to laugh, cry, and connect
Honest conversations with GPs, sexologists, exercise gurus, and more

From hot flashes to hormone crashes, we’re creating a place for women to be seen, heard, and celebrated.

Why "Hot as F**K"?

Because let’s be honest — that’s what it feels like. Perimenopause is a wild ride, full of shifts in your body, mood, energy and identity. We’re reclaiming the language, turning up the music, and refusing to go quietly.

The Peri Party Series

Our signature events are now joined by Peri Party Presents — a series of expert-led sessions that take a deeper dive into topics like sex, strength, mood, hormones, and more.

These aren’t lectures. They’re conversations — served with a cocktail and a sense of humour.
